Hi Ryan. I'm pretty tough to impress. I was a little down on them for awhile but overall I am pleased. I have mine in a very shady area which makes it toggle between B&W and color. If a had a complaint I guess that would be it. They take very crisp pictures that you can blow up and examine small details. I've taken some very nice pictures with it. I got a fox on it last night- been trying to get one on it for awhile. Taking into account price, ease of use, etc. I would give it a solid 7-8.

By the way, if you decide to get one Rich has a combo deal on HuntBuzz for $199 that is the best deal I've seen. Its the one I bought.

I had my I60 and my I40 set up as shown in the first photo below for a period of three days and I have to say that the I40 results were somewhat disappointing. Internal settings for the cameras were identical.

There were 106 photos (AVI & JPGs) on the I60 and only 67 (AVI & JPGs) on the I40.

It was hard to tell exactly why the I40 missed so many but it didn't appear to be a difference in lack of sensitivity as both cameras sensed raccoons at night at reasonable distances from the cameras.

Included in the I40s 67 photos were several like the 2nd and third photos. All occurred fairly early on one morning but the I60s photos taken at exactly the same time were okay. The same problems showed up on both the movies and the still photos.

I've had the I60 since they first came out and in well over 2000 photos and movies, have never had these kinds of problems.

I wonder if it is the individual cameras or a true difference in the models. I had four Gamespy 100s when they first came out. Two of them definitely took less pictures. This is good stuff.

One thing I forgot to add about the I60, and most probably, the I40 too, is that the battery life is great compared to any of the other cameras that I have, (or have had and since discarded.) It must be the LEDs for the night photos use very little power compared to a regular flash.

could be little things such as the difference in height of the cameras are going to pick up or miss some action
