I am off on vacation and will try and forget my problems for now. Too bad, I would have liked to see what deer showed up when the land was not disturbed.

how long have you had it? i know its hard thinking whats out there but dont let it ruin your vacation.if your like me you like to get out and check to see if any new ones appear
also makes you and me mad about the camera

I had a bad run with a few of Moultrie's first digital cameras. I sent them back in several times and they finally got them fixed/replaced. They turn them around pretty quickly and are very nice but it is a hassle! I haven't had many problems with the later models. I was hoping they were working through the growing pains. It sounds like there is still a ways to go. I will still use Moultrie products. There service dept is great and they will work through the problems.

I believe their warranty is very very short like 60 days or something then they want $30 to service it. That is a pretty hefty rate as a percentage of the camera's total cost |

Thanks, I just checked their web site it is one year. I'll be on the road for the next 2 weeks so I'll have to follow up then. So close to the opening of my season too. I hope that can fix it fast when I send it out

If you are lucky enough to talk to the right person they will send a return postage label to you for free. It is hit and miss on that one though.
