From the trail cam pics from my Moultrie 140 I get B&W photos but with the the deer coming thru at the times on these photos shouldn't they be in color?

MOON
Moonrise 7:15 p.m. on preceding day
Moon transit 11:43 p.m. on preceding day
Moonset 4:08 a.m.
Moonrise 8:11 p.m.
Moonset 4:56 a.m. on following day
Now, look at the photos. Camera is facing west/nw.
Should I be getting color photos?
I know the camera does take good color photos but I was wondering if there is a general estimate of how far before sunset the camera reverts to B&W.
I have resolution set on the highest by the way.
